Lifetime Warranty Coverage

What This Warranty Covers:

By purchasing this warranty, you receive unlimited coverage against material and workmanship defects under normal use — for the lifetime of your product. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Covered Issues:

• Manufacturing Defects: If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace it free of charge. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified items are covered.

• Components and Workmanship: We cover issues with components or craftsmanship that affect the normal functionality of your MiniBlaster.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic damage such as scratches, scuffs, dents, or fading from normal use.

• Accidental Damage: Damage caused by drops, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications voids this warranty.

• Lost or Stolen Items: We do not cover items that have been lost or stolen.

• External Events: Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., floods, fires, earthquakes) or other external factors is not covered.

Warranty Service Process:

1. Initiate a Claim: Contact our customer service with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Photos and proof of purchase may be required.

2. Inspection: We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving warranty coverage.

3. Repair or Replacement: If covered, we will attempt to repair the unit. If repair is not feasible, a replacement will be provided — new or refurbished, at our discretion.

4. Shipping Costs: You cover the cost of shipping the item to us; we cover return shipping of the repaired or replacement item.

Limitation of Liability:

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or revenue — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the product itself.

Governing Law:

This warranty grants specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your jurisdiction. The terms of this warranty are governed by the laws of the country where the product was purchased.

Changes to This Warranty:

We reserve the right to update or modify this warranty at any time. However, such changes will not affect products purchased before the change.
